 Valerie Pierce's journey to founding Beacon & Bloom is rooted in three generations of entrepreneurial spirit. A Detroit native with business-minded parents & grandparents Valerie inherited more than just their business acumen—she absorbed the core values of integrity, professionalism, and authentic relationship-building that still guides her work today.

While her corporate exprience Valerie's curiosity and industry-agnostic approach allow her to identify common challenges and opportunities shared across diverse business industries. Experience has taught her that the most forward-thinking business owners and leaders understand that corporate culture isn't separate from its strategy—it's essential to it! Her background as a talent development specialist and HR business partner supporting executive and mid-level leadership gives her unique insight into the challenges facing today's business leaders. This blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial heritage enables her to see both the structured and human elements needed for organizational success.

Valerie is a graduate of Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI with a dual bachelor's degree in Pre-Law/Health Administration with a minor in Finance. She currently resides in Dallas, TX.
