My story begins in Detroit, MI where entrepreneurship isn't just a career path for me—it's a family legacy. Growing up, I watched my parents and grandparents build and sustain businesses with unwavering integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to genuine relationships.
With a dual degree from Central Michigan University in Pre-Law and Health Administration, and a minor in Finance, I've always been driven to understand the complex ecosystem of business. But textbooks only teach you so much. My real education came through years of work in the business of fintech and financial services, but also as a Talent Program Manager and HR business partner supporting executives and leaders across multiple industries.
Here's what I've learned: corporate culture isn't some separate entity you can manage with a checklist. It's the heartbeat of an organization. The way an organization manages their people has a direct correlation on their productivity. Teams want to be seen, poured into and valued.
